Fellowship

Care Ministry

Care plays a vital role in the life of our church. It provides a variety of support to encourage and strengthen the people being served. When you hear the word “care”, it’s about helping others through care, hospital visits and providing meals.

Prayer

Regular prayer meetings are on Monday and Saturday evenings—some in person and some online. They pray over the requests that come in throughout the week. Links for online meetings and reminders of in person meetings are available via a WhatsApp group. Once a month there is a larger in person congregational prayer meeting.

Hospitality and Events

The Hospitality and Events team organizes tea, coffee and snacks for services and assists with special events as able.

Outreach

Our Outreach team oversees and manages resources allocated to outreach projects.

Service

Ushers and Greeters

Our Ushers and Greeters provide a welcoming and caring atmosphere. They welcome members to the Friday service, distribute the bulletins and assist with various tasks during the services

Nursery

A nursery is available for infants to young toddlers. Moms can volunteer to tend to infants while parents attend the Friday service.

Administration

The administration team consists of two secretaries who perform a number of duties to support the Elders and Deacons of the church. This involves managing church communication and administrative duties.

Website

The Website team provides a useful tool for all of our members and attendees to have access to information at their finger tips. Our website team is responsible for maintaining and updating the church website.

Children’s and Youth Ministries

Friday School

Friday School is a Bible-based program for the children of our congregations age 6 months through US Grade 6 (UK year 7). It takes place during the 9:00am service (Grace Villa). Our goal is to provide a loving, safe and fun environment in which children can know God through worship, instruction, service and activities.

AWANA (ages 4-11)

Volunteers are teaching kids the gospel and engaging them in long-term discipleship. Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background.

Impact Zone

Impact Zone provides an opportunity for middle schoolers US Grades 6-8 (UK Years 7–9) to meet in a fun environment, build friendships and serve the Lord.

Grace Youth United, GYU

GYU gives teenagers in UK Years 10-13 (US grades 9-12) the opportunity to interact in a safe environment while serving the Lord.
